  • Correspondence Training….Sales training, female employee's course, handling formal ceremonial occasions and training for subordinates.
  • Technical Skill Examination…. Glass construction, sash construction, balcony construction, welding, etc.
  • Training for upbringing executives… A consistent education at NJC(Nihon Sheet Glass Company Distribution Group) for five(5) years.

    5. Creation of a Comprehensive Rationalization


    Provision of versatile warehouses, fulfillment of processing technique, rationalization of delivery using MCA, provision of data base of comprehensive management information, etc. We always pursuing these areas in order to improve our business efficiency.
    Furthermore, we are aiming to improve our business performance with a thoroughgoing cost control.
